Social media is a powerful tool to promote business today – but most manufacturers who use it for campaign fail to utilize the same way to recall their products from the market. A consumer watchdog and network investigative group proved that most companies that use Facebook page to promote their products have a very low product recall percentage — meaning people are still using those failed products at home.
Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association, a group composed 250 manufacturers and distributors of infant products from the U.S., Canada and Mexico encourage manufacturers to register their products for any recall notification for a healthy community.
